Welcome to the new 406Cirque website! 🎉🎉

Community Outreach

We’re a nonprofit working toward universal access to the performing arts. That means we bring the circus to Bozeman!

Beyond the Stage

Connection through art, movement, and wonder — that’s what we teach in every class and what we inspire at every show. And it’s what we bring to our community programming, too.

A large group of children and adults, many wearing colorful shirts and hats, pose and smile together on a sunny street. Some people are in costumes, and a few children have bicycles or unicycles. Trees and buildings are in the background.

Circus Around Bozeman

Like all of the arts, circus thrives when it’s shared.

We perform at festivals, community gatherings, and public spaces throughout the year, often at no or low cost. These performances bring professional artistry to where people are, rather than requiring them to come to us.

Whether it’s a street festival or a library event, we show up to create moments of wonder and connection.

Circus in the Classroom

We design residencies, assemblies, and workshops for K-12 schools.

Our programs meet students where they are to build physical literacy, creative confidence, and collaborative skills through circus arts.

Every program is led by professional instructors with teaching experience. We provide all equipment, adapt to your space, and work with your budget to make it feasible.

A large group of children and a few adults smile and wave at an outdoor event, standing around a big red ball on mats. Colorful streamers hang above them and a brick building is in the background.
Two performers pose in a circus-themed setting. One points toward the other, who balances spinning plates on sticks while wearing a helmet and smiling energetically. The striped background and ornate frame create a playful atmosphere.

Community Partners

We collaborate with a wide range of partners across Bozeman and the region. These partnerships allow us to reach populations who might not otherwise experience the wonder of circus.

From ongoing residencies to one-time workshops, we tailor programming to meet community needs and offer sliding-scale pricing based on need.
